ABOUT TINA CLARICE WILLIAMS
FOUNDER, INFRASTRUCTURE180, Inc.
(NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION)
The life of Tina Clarice Williams began in North Carolina. Tina’s middle name of Clarice means the “little anointed one†and she continues to live up to that description. She was raised by her mother and father in a warm and loving home along with her older sister and her younger brother. Since her father was an Air Force military officer for over 20 years, Tina and her siblings lived in various parts of the world. This provided them with a broad perspective on different cultures, nationalities and socio-economic structures in experiencing different aspects of life.
Tina became an avid reader of various books (i.e. children’s mystery novels) at the age of two and continued the quest for knowledge. At the age of eight, she was influenced by her brother’s athleticism to become a challenger and excel in sports (soccer, softball, basketball, cross country, track & field). This same drive to excel led her to piano playing, modern dancing, tap dancing, karate, earning wages and community involvement (i.e. church).
From pre-school to obtaining a Masters of Science Degree in Management (E-business concentration) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, to her current pursuit of a Juris Doctorate (JD) from the University of Maryland, Tina has embraced the challenges of academic excellence. At the outset, she became bored in class and therefore was tested and found to be an accelerated student. This propelled her to be the Valedictorian upon high school graduation, and recipient of the Meyerhoff Scholarship to pursue her Bachelors of Science Degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. All along, Tina has continued to expand her knowledge through extensive reading, studying, traveling, mentoring, music, art, poetry and public speaking.
Tina is currently an IT Consultant involved in project management, business development, and information security. Prior to her current role, she covered a gamut of jobs from Systems Integration Analyst to Business Process Analyst to Information Security Representative on to Information Technology Auditor. Tina has received many monetary and non-monetary awards due to her intellectual prowess, determination, diligence and discipline.
Tina resides in the DC Metro area and believes wholeheartedly in blossoming where you are planted and walking in the purpose God has designed for your life. Furthermore, she has a passion for promoting people to labor together as individuals, as businesses, as investors, as educators and hopefully all with the heart and humility of community servants. As a junior in undergraduate school, Tina had a vision to bring churches together to support the local Baltimore community’s youth in an effort to give them a sense of purpose early on. As a sophomore, she joined Alpha Nu Omega Sorority, Inc. and led the sorority’s community service effort at a local girls’ detention home. From there, Tina became involved with a ministry called Urban Passage, which works with boys and girls in a detention home in Northern, Virginia. Yes, Tina Clarice Williams has “fire in the belly†and now as founder of Infrastructure180, is continuing her persistent and deep running passion for community service both here in the U.S., and abroad.
